If you’ve dreamed of performing and have a passion for creating magic, RPP is the place for you! No prior experience is needed to become a talented performer here. We welcome everyone, offering guidance and support to help you grow at your own pace while challenging yourself in a positive, encouraging environment.

We offer competitive pay starting at $50 per gig, depending on event requirements, training, and duration—making RPP one of the highest-paying companies in character entertainment. Notably, we’re also one of the few that compensates Assistants and Performers equally, reflecting the value we place on every role.

Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose events based on your availability, giving you the freedom to work as much or as little as you’d like. Most Cast Members accept 2-3 events a month, but the choice is yours.
