Royal Promise Production's Assistants will almost always be taking photos and videos throughout our events and events booked by corporate clients. RPP always tries to capture magical moments throughout character interactions, performances, and more!

Royal Promise Productions has self trained photographers / assistants to take images for promotional use and cannot guarantee that images are taken of every family and/or child during events. If during an event we happen to take pictures of your family we would love to share them at no cost as we take pride in sharing magical moments. 

Some guests may purchase event tickets that include photos. In this case, your images will be guaranteed. If in circumstances where a guest purchased a ticket to an event that includes photos and either images were not taken or the images were misplaced we will credit you for the purchase of the VIP ticket.
